At Outfront Media, I built and led an ad operations team that supports over 160 people, ensuring seamless operations and strategic growth.

The challenge was to transform this network of public Wi-Fi kiosks into a profitable advertising channel. The project involved navigating the complexities of a public-private partnership and ensuring minimal disruption to the primary function of providing public Wi-Fi. Additionally, the advertising potential of LinkNYC was untapped, with zero revenue generation at its inception.
Doug spearheaded the monetization of LinkNYC's advertising capabilities by overseeing product management for the DOOH ad solution. The solution involved building the necessary advertising infrastructure, developing an attractive advertising proposition, and driving sales and revenue growth. He collaborated closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement a successful advertising strategy.
